Civitas Aeterna - Arlecchino

This is "Arlecchino" of the "Cabala dei Capitani", a mercenary organization that works for the Global Nations United inside the Rome exclusion-zone. The whole center of the Italian peninsula has become an inhabitable maze of alien vegetation, bizarre fauna and dimensional hazards after the catastrophe that struck the Earth in 2054. Only those who are born with mutations are allowed in the vast walled area that surrounds Rome, epicenter of the disaster, and only under govern-issued contracts. The "Capitani" live and survive inside the exclusion-zone providing data, samples and armed escort to scientific teams in exchange for technological support and supplies.
Their weaponry and equipment is entirely produced inside the Rome walled area with the available exo-materials and organic tissue.
